Co-Ownership Experience

Our co-ownership program allows you to enjoy 5 weeks of annual yachting holidays aboard the luxurious Paladio yacht, without the hassle of operational management. With a dedicated team at your service, we handle all the details, from route planning to on-board services. All you need to do is choose your destination, pack your bags, and relax. We’ll take care of everything, including personalized food and beverage menus, restaurant and beach club reservations, and any other services you might need during your stay.

If you are unable to use all your 5 weeks, you can return them to us and we’ll do our best to charter them on your behalf. Alternatively, you can rent them out independently and earn €26,400 per week + 21% VAT, generating a potential income of €26,400 x 5 weeks + VAT (132.000€+ VAT). If you choose to rent through Seaduction Yachts, we charge a 30% commission for managing the rental.

Moreover, if after 5 years you decide to sell your share, Seaduction Yachts is obligated to buy it back at a predetermined price outlined in the initial contract, ensuring you a guaranteed return on your investment.
